I made an appointment for a teeth cleaning. I get there. I was called to the back 30 mins after I checked in. Got my teeth examined, then the hygienist sends me to the front to make ANOTHER appointment to actually get my teeth cleaned.

That was the whole point of going there in the first place!! Waste of my time & gas! I won't be back. I really miss my old dental hygienist named Gayle who used to work there.

Not a good experience. Dental plate had extra teeth. Replacement took too long. 2 cancellations, the receptionist removed my appointment and didn't tell me. The replacements were substandard. The people with the great reviews must have moved on. I would just go somewhere else.

I took my sister here for her appointment on July 17, 2018. When I went to go sign her in they told me I wasn't on the list. I stated how can that be? I'm her legal guardian and I just brought her here in November to have her physical. The only thing they asked was for my I. D and contact information. I signed all the documents and signed to have her bloodwork done and now you're telling she can't be seen for a simple refill for her prescription. She asked me did I have my guardianship papers and I stated no because I wasn't asked to bring them and that coupled with the fact that I just brought her here not even a year ago and I didn't have a problem.

So I asked to speak to a manager and she said that was fine but never got her. Just kept looking at the screen and repeating that no documents have been scanned in. At that point I just took my I. D and left because these people are clearly incompetent. If my guardianship papers were needed then that should have been stated from the first time I brought her. But the fact that you can clearly look in her file and see that it's my signature on her paperwork should have been enough proof which she never bothered to check. And if my guardianship papers were still needed at this point then what should have been stated was "I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused but whomever checked you in on your last visit didn't follow protocol.

" I can accept that because that's clearly what has happened from my understanding. When I left I called and to speak to the manager and left a voicemail. Haven't heard anything back. So that coupled with the fact that the three receptions don't even greet you, they just carry on conversation like you're not even there and when they do notice you, you get a look like you're bothering them AND the fact that her appointment was at 9:15a and there were 5 people in head of us that hadn't even been called back yet, I'm DEFINITELY finding another doctor's office for her. What happened to the sweet older ladies that use to work there? Pity.

I was a long term patient of this clinic but I left because the service became so poor, they have a fast turnover of clinicians with no communication from a patients last assigned physician to the next who takes over the caseload of patients, the result, an interruption in scripts being filled with endangers patients health for extended periods while awaiting another opening on the doctors calendar for a visit, which due apparent understaffing can take months.

If you care about your well-being do not visit this clinic!
