I have been waiting 3 weeks for someone to contact me about my dentures that were supposed to take 2 weeks. I called and was informed they have switched companies. Very disappointed. Update After waiting 3 months and a change from a complete set of dentures to just the bottom dentures I was given a survey, I wrote I was not satisfied. This dentist and her assistant would not allow me to leave until I changed what I wrote.

I had to ask this dentist 2x to take her hands off of me. No one should ever have to experience a dentist and her assistant preventing you by physical touching you to make you change your review. This is absolutely the truth. I will take a lie detector test.

Dr. Rodrigo is very professional and passionate to your needs. I had crowns on my front teeth due to cracking and she did an amazing job on them. I plan on having her as my dentist for as long as she is in practice. I made an appointment for my husband and his appointment went very well. I will update when she finishes her procedure for him.

disgusting and unprofessional doctor, told me to get up mid cleaning because i was in pain. DO NOT GO HERE. in the beginning of the cleaning she did not tell me to raise my left hand if i experienced pain, i felt an immediate shooting pain in my gum and raised my right hand. she in that moment starts raising her voice telling me not to do that. then, after i express to her that i wasn’t told any procedures to follow. she raises me up, and tells me because of my attitude she cannot finish on me.

i apologized because i was not trying to offend her in any way, i was just a patient in pain. nothing got through to her, and she just sent me off after only cleaning my bottom teeth. my mouth is now bleeding and i’m in more pain. so yes please this is a warning do not go here. this was a traumatizing experience and dentists like her are the reason people are afraid to go to get dental work done. do yourself a favor and look for somewhere more professional to go! yuk!

Went here because I needed a deep cleaning. They did xrays at my visit and determined I did need the deep cleaning and said that it would take a couple of weeks to get insurance approval for the service. No problem, I understand that these things take time. After a month I called and was told "my insurance denied it" so I called my insurance, they stated they never received any request from this office. When I spoke to the dentist office again the woman said "insurance does this all the time just to get you off the phone" and assured me that she did send one but would send it again and then contact me.

After a week I attempted to call the dental office and never got my call answered OR a call back when I left message after message. I decided to call my insurance AGAIN and the same answer, they never received anything from this dental office and I WOULD BE APPROVED if they had sent the request. I told the customer service person that I would like to speak with a supervisor to verify a few things. Supervisor went through my entire account with me and it was obvious that they had indeed never received a request for the deep clean. After 2 months of them ignoring my phone calls at this dentist office i will absolutely go elsewhere.

Not only did they disregard my dental needs in the end but the dentist was pretty rude while I was in the chair having my exam. I was there because I KNEW I needed dental help and I explained that I have had a bad experience with a dentist before not numbing me and it caused me anxiety to be seen again. She made me feel like I was purposely neglecting my dental care or something. That is literally why I finally forced myself to go to one and then I had this awful experience. 0/10 don't recommend
