They WILL NOT answer the damn phone, I have called numerous amounts of times just today to schedule an appointment so I can refill my meds and get everything set up to get checkups and stuff throughout my pregnancy. They haven’t answered the phone in well over 3 weeks! I will never be going to this medical office again! They have screwed me over for the last time. I’m done.

Went there this morning, they pulled a tooth. When I ask for the tooth. They said it was a bio hazard and denied, and lied. Saying that it was the law. I went home looked it up. They cannot deny you your teeth or make any policy to that effect watch out if you have gold teeth in you mouth. I’m persuading the matter further . Professionals lieing to their clients is against the law

I get people have different experiences But I went for a cleaning today and never been treated better in my life I say that because I went to a well known surgeon Eight weeks ago and paid sixteen hundred for surgery And was kind of treated like dog crap not informative at all got me in got me out and I still haven't fully healed the girls at 3rd street were helpful informative friendly and amazing at their job and only cost me 40 bucks 40 bucks and treated like royalty paid 1600 at the surgeon and treated like the poor broke peasant that i am so I can't be mad but hey I'm human ya know highly recommend 3rd street

Medical department and the obgyn is great. Dental on the other hand is a joke. Went in today and they wanted to do a root canal. I opted out of that and just wanted the tooth pulled. The did what they could to numb me and it didn't work because it was infected still. I asked if I should take antibiotics to help finish clearing out the infection and got told no.

I have severe anxiety and panic disorder and am 6 months pregnant. I had a panic attack and asked if I could sit up for a minute to catch my breath. Immediately got told no and that all I was doing is stalling. The dentist proceeded to talk down on me and treat me like garbage because I have this condition. I ended up trying to let him numb me more and it didn't work. He pulled out my tooth and I felt every single bit of it.

The nurse and another dentist put there arms in front of mine so I couldn't move. He even left the room afterwards and didn't even make sure i was okay. I am still in pain from this and I shouldn't be. So if you are pregnant and have an mental conditions like anxiety and panic disorder I would stay away from them
