Dr. Kelley has a pleasing personality however he isn’t a good dentist. He didn’t take x-rays. I had gone to him for 3 years and I know I had a cavity however he didn’t do anything about it so I went elsewhere. Also his staff wasn’t professional or good @ returning phone calls. Find someone who is interested in dental health - these people aren’t.

I met with this dentist once for a cleaning, all he did was take extras and polish my teeth, but yet charged me an additional $100 for a detailed evaluation for this visit. There was no detailed evaluation with this exam and they refused to deduct these charges off my bill. He did not floss, or scrape any plaque off my teeth. I received a past due bill 5 months after my visit and claimed they sent me other bills but I did not receive them.

The lady on the phone was rude and not helpful. I will never go back to this dentist or refer them to anyone I know. If you want a true cleaning and exam this is not the dentist to go to.

Excellent experience with Dr. Kelley. Probably the best-to-date (and I've been to many dentists). Was very informative prior, during, and after procedure, caring for well-being, explaining, thorough and quick. Highly recommended!

I had been seeing this dentist for maybe a couple years only because of insurance and his pleasant personality. However, I could brush my teeth better than any cleaning I received there. I have gum disease and have already lost 2 teeth so I was coming twice a year so I wouldn’t loose anymore. . however after Dr Kelly telling me I had a cavity and a crack in the same tooth he was not equipped to fix. I was referred to another dentist where they took multiple thorough x-rays.

I have two teeth that have such deep cavities a root canal cannot even save them and two other teeth with cavities. Every time I came in I would ask if I had any cavities, and I received a no response-besides the last cleaning I had. Now I’m going to lose two more teeth due to his incompetence. I agree with the other patient and believe moving forward with legal action is needed and hopefully can stop this from happening to many more patients.
