I love this Dental Office. Madelyn at the reception desk is so kind respectful and helpful. It is always comforting to see her smiling face. Dr. Marie is the best!!!! She is so kind and gentle and I feel well taken care of in the office. I have been a patient of this practice for over 8 years and they are like family to me. Highly recommend!!

Everybody at the office are very friendly and helpful, and if you have any concerns or questions, they always try to make you feel as comfortable as they can. Amanda , the hygienist was friendly, efficient, and very gentle. She made me feel comfortable. I requested an appointment with Dr. Brown but they assigned me Dr.

Santiago that came in, greeted me politely, and after examining my teeth, gave instructions to Amanda and left. They made a plan: what I need first, second, and third, and they gave me the plan and the cost. No one bothered to ask me. They diagnosed me with gingivitis, something that my previous dentist, whom I couldn't continue seeing (we moved from Chicago to West Chicago 7 months ago), who is very professional and good dentist, never mentioned.

Dr. Kevin Santiago took the time to explain every step of the procedure and made sure I was comfortable throughout.
