I've been a patient for 2 years and have received great care every visit. But I'm writing to express how much I appreciate the superb service provided on my last visit in March, a bit of an emergency visit, due to a crown that came off. The crown was done by another dentist years ago and Thomas Family Dentistry not only fit me in for an early morning appointment to fix it quickly, they were all very pleasant, and the procedure was very inexpensive! (As I had recently dropped my dental insurance).

I have been a patient of Dr Thomas's since dinosaurs roamed the earth. Seriously, for over 30 years. He is the kindest, most professional and competent dentist I've ever seen. If his sons are anything like him (and I believe they are), Thomas Family Dentistry will be around for a long, long time. Dr Thomas once made dentures for my Grandmother when she had Alzheimer's. She lost them, and he made a house call to fit her for new ones.

On top of all that, he never sent her a bill for the new set. It's almost impossible to find people that kind anymore. I think it was probably always nearly impossible to find such kindness and compassion. He's also a great dentist. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

My husband and I moved from South Florida where we could never find a dentist who cared about his patients or how much pain they would inflict. Then we moved to Tennessee and found Thomas Family Dentistry. We are so happy to have such a friendly staff and dentists. We drive an hour to go see them and don't mind a bit. They are the most caring dentists we have ever met.

Absolutely the best ever. They make sure you’re taken care of. Dentistry, insurance and referrals. They even have an answering service for weekends and not one that you leave a message and they’ll call you back in 24 hours but connected to them directly right then! Can’t express my gratitude enough!!
