Really don't like going to the dentist, but a had a very good experience with Dr. Frawley's office. They took great care of me and calmed my fears. I had a tooth pulled without a problem.

I was at Dr. Frawley's today to have 3 teeth pulled. I was extremely anxious to say the least. The staff was exceptional at helping me maintain. From check-in to prep and during and after the procedure they asked how I was doing, genuinely caring about my well being, both mental & physical. They told me frequently that I was doing great & reassuring me. And as a follow-up, Dr.

Frawley called me at home to check up on me, HE even told me I did a good job. Thank you everyone for making what could have been a frightening experience something that was very easily tolerated. I honestly hope to not have to come back & see you, but if more teeth need to come out, I know where I'm going. . Thank you all again for your kind & professional treatment.

I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed. I was extremely anxious and Dr. Frawley and his team did an excellent job at keeping me comfortable. The RN helping with the surgery was amazing she made me super comfortable and helped significantly with my anxiety.

They explained everything from pre-op and post-op and Dr Frawley even called after the surgery to see how I was doing. 10/10 would recommend Dr. Frawley!!

Awful experience on the phone with receptionist (Debbie?) She was very rude and passive aggressive, they have different hours and days based off two locations which makes it difficult to schedule appointments. It’s very challenging to make appointments while working full time. I was as nice as possible explaining my situation with starting a new job and she didn’t care she rudely stated, “well I don’t know what you want me to do”.

I said ok well since you’re being unkind to me and I don’t appreciate it, I will find another doctor to which she responded “ok”. The doctor just lost a patient because of her terrible attitude.
