Such a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Everyone was so kind and I felt like I was a priority with everyone I encountered, not just a patient to get through. I was very impressed with the level of care and attention to detail. I’ve already recommended the office to a few people!

The reviews DO NOT lie about this place. It is well worth six stars, but unfortunately all I can give is five. A warm and inviting atmosphere that was both professional and informative. They will walk through everything dealing with your dental hygiene and scans in-depth to guide you along to your personal goals.

I just got out of my first visit today and that was the best cleaning I’ve had in years. I cannot express how hard it is to find someone dedicated to performing a cleaning thoroughly. Did not expect to laugh so much at a dentist office either! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist office - it will be the last time you have to look.

I have been coming to Dr. Susan for as long as I can remember—since childhood and now into adulthood—and I truly couldn’t ask for a better dentist. She knows me and my teeth so well, and I always feel like she genuinely cares about me as a patient. Every visit is such a positive experience because of her kindness, expertise, and the warm atmosphere of the office.

Today, I also had the pleasure of meeting a new hygienist, Annie, and she was absolutely wonderful! She was so gentle, thorough, and kind—I hope I get to see her again in the future. I see the same people every time I go in and my call is always answered, this is a true family practice that is dedicated to their patients and isn't going anywhere. They really are the best!!

I was very impressed on my first visit this week! Every employee I met was helpful, knowledgeable and gave great customer service. Sharahn was thorough in explaining everything she did to get me all set up as a new patient. She was professional but also able to laugh which helped calm my nerves! Dr Ben was great - even taking the time to do my cleaning himself because of a gap in his schedule.

He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. I am so glad that my friend recommended Thompson Family Dentistry and that I have found my new dental home! 😊
