Dr. Melkuev and his staff are truly wonderful. I am always met with such warmth and care from the receptionists, dental hygienists and from Dr. Melkuev himself. During every procedure, they check in on me and make sure that I am as comfortable as possible. They also really take their time to understand my concerns at every appointment.

I had a very bad experience with Dr. Melkuev! He promised to put in implant. He invited to his office Dr. Aptekar who specializes in implants and agreed on doing the job without impediment. But thereafter Dr.
Melkuev rejected Dr. Aptekar's decision and said that he(Melkuev)wouldn't be able to put a crown on the implant because my tooth is at angle. But why you Dr. Melkuev had extracted the tooth knowing in advance that it is impossible to place a crown? What a disgrace! I am a senior guy and you treated me so badly? Is this the way you must treat your clients?

I had a dental emergency and they were able to accommodate me the same day. Dr. Milkuiev was very kind, explained the situation thoroughly, and suggested the treatment plan. The front desk staff were friendly as well. Overall, I was very happy with the service provided.

Wonderful dental office in Thornhill! The entrance has a spacious waiting area, so there’s always plenty of room for everyone to sit. The receptionists, Anna and Natasha, are incredibly friendly and professional. They always call to remind us about upcoming appointments, and whenever I call, they do their best to find a convenient time. Dr.
Melkuev is very professional, he removed my tooth with great care. My husband and I both see denturist Edward Riwkin, and we couldn’t be happier with his care. He is very knowledgeable and courteous, which makes us feel comfortable and well cared for.
