NEW BELLS ON THE BLOCK

Very unprofessional. I took 2 days off of work to get a basic cleaning for them to say they canceled my appointment due to not confirming when I confirmed my appointment twice. How many times do you need a confirmation for an appointment. .

missing 2 days of work for them not to rectify the problem they made. Then they sit around the front desk talking about clients infrint of other clients. If you don't want your business(personal information)told to everyone then don't go here.

Yeska Beastmode

I was surprised to see so many negative reviews prior to my visit and definitely wanted to post something positive but that’s not the experience I had, unfortunately. The customer service is almost non existent. Almost, because there was a very nice dental assistant girl that took my X-rays and vas very polite and sweet. Later the dentist came in for two minutes in total, felt so rushed, not even sure if she actually checked all she was supposed to.

The worst part was when I was escorted to a different room for cleaning. As I walked in and greeted the hygienist she didn’t say a word after looking at me. I set in the chair and she did not acknowledge my existence for the next 8 minutes. After which she turned the cartoons on tv louder and started doing her “job” still not saying a word till she was done.

She did not make any effort to treat me with any respect while doing cleaning. It’s crazy to realize that the people who are getting paid the most in that office treat their patients that way. Front desk lady was pretty nice too. Convenient location but never want that experience again! There are many dental offices around to settle for this!

This is 1 place I wouldn't take my DOG if they took animals. They canceled my NEW PATIENT appt 2x and the last time the Front Desk Receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. I understand they're short staffed, but how dare you tell me " YOU CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE" I'll gladly go somewhere where I'm valued as a patient and human.

The front office workers most are nice but Jada thought it was funny to be upset about the experience I had with them. They can never keep good workers!! I was suppose to get fill-ins done, At the time I told the assistant and dentist,I was having discomfort from a tooth infection prior visit to patient first and should they still Do the fill ins with an infection? They just took a x-ray didn’t say anything about the possible infection and started to go to town on my teeth. The assistant that was helping the dentist was very polite. She tried to make sure I was comfortable as much as possible.

She even gave me a pillow to put under my neck, but he seemed as if he was in a rush, so after the procedure a few days later the pain came back. I feel like the fill ins were not done correctly. . Overall experience, I would say one star because the communication is terrible and they never keep good people.

. Jada thought I was lying about work done on my teeth I If the communication was better, I would’ve understood what was really going on before they start working on my mouth! I’ll be looking for a place that has more patience with clients
