The front desk people are very friendly and accommodating. I had to bring my young kids and they treated them with nothing but kindness. Dr.Patel checked on me multiple times to make sure I was okay, and the assistant was very kind to me and my kids.

I'm far from an expert reviewer of dentist offices but as far as dentists go, I like these guys. The receptionists and ladies at the front desk are always pleasant and helpful. I think I've visited four times in two years, and three of the visits have been fine. I had one strange hygienist last year who tried to tell me I was done and that she had finished cleaning my teeth. But she hadn't cleaned my teeth. She insisted she had. It was weird. I asked another hygienist and the dentist what was going on, and they squared it away and did the cleaning.

I don't think that lady works there anymore. But. . . today's routine every-six-month cleaning went very well. The hygienist (Morgan) did a great job.

I love coming to Tidewaters! The dentist here are the absolute best. I had my fillings done and didn’t feel nothing . Had such an amazing experience.

Started out great. I had some fillings done and they have been nothing but problems since. The doctor's recommendation essentially was to take Tylenol and hope it gets better. I couldn't deal with the pain anymore so I went to another dentist. They ended up pulling the tooth 2 days after I was told nothing was wrong at Tidewater.

Then a year later I get a bill for the "diagnostics". Complete joke. They'd rather take your money and refer you elsewhere than actually help you. It seems they care more about the quantity of patients they see instead of the quality of service provided.
