This place is great and my whole family goes here. They help our children get through their appointments with extreme patience and understanding. My dental hygienist, Jen, is a wonderful person and is always so gentle with my gums and mouth. In fact she's the best hygienist I've ever had. I'm thoroughly impressed with her!

Maria HARRINGTON

Last September I had a filling done, the dentist sliced open my tongue. I realize accidents happen but their attitude about it was poor. The dentist said, calm down Maria, it’s not that bad. I had to have stitches put in, which lasted about an hour, before they disappeared. They didn’t give me a prescription for the pain.

Then when I complained about the treatment I was receiving, the office manager said, well he did do the filling. How much for a sliced tongue?? Now that same tooth has to be pulled. I’ve been on two rounds of antibiotics plus paying for the treatment to fix this. They don’t deserve any stars.

First time here and will not be returning. Spent $580 for an X-ray and filling for a child. They don’t respect their patients. I politely declined another x-ray as they were only 3 months old, but they pushed and said “well we would like another one”. At the front I told the receptionist I wasn’t going to pay for the x-ray because I declined it and they took it anyway. An older lady roaming around was ready to fire back with “we have to take new ones when the Dr.

ask, and see how you can’t see the is tooth well, etc etc etc. ” she also helped the receptionist add ANOTHER $100 for an emergency booking. I booked the appointment 2 weeks in advance. The film looked good according to Dr and assistant. He just said he would prefer it. Very very unpleasant experience!!
