We love Timonium Dental! We’ve been clients here for well over 20 years. Dr. Foster is wonderful, as is her staff. However, I considered giving 4. 5 stars (but 4. 5 is not an option and 4 stars would be too low) because it has become increasingly difficult to make 6-month appointments in advanced.

Scheduling for future appointments for cleanings and exams is a 7 month or more wait. Our insurance includes 2 dental exams and cleanings per year, and it has become hard to get 2 appointments per year unless we put ourselves on a cancelation list and get lucky. I have noticed the office hours have drastically decreased compared to what they used to be and this may be contributing to the scheduling difficulties. They are only open late one weekday until 6pm, when they used to have 3 or 4. The other days they close at 3 or 4pm, except Friday. Maybe these are summer hours, not sure.

I have had to start making appointments one year out to ensure we get the month we need. This is hard because I do not know what I will be doing in a years time. I am hoping these new hours are only summer hours and not permanent. Regardless, we still love this dental office and the service they provide!

I wish I could give zero stars. The front desk staff displayed a complete lack of accountability and refused to own up to their mistake, even after I repeatedly highlighted the issue. I had called the previous day to confirm if my insurance was active and was promised a callback, which never happened. To avoid missing my appointment, I followed up several times. On the day of the appointment, I called again to ensure my insurance was active and to confirm that everything was in order.

I was assured by a staff member that my insurance was active and that I could proceed with the appointment. This conversation occurred 15 minutes before my scheduled time, and I informed them that I lived 10 minutes away and might arrive slightly late. I was reassured that as long as my paperwork was completed, it wouldn’t be an issue. However, upon arrival, I was asked to fill out forms and was then informed that my appointment had to be canceled due to my late arrival. This was extremely frustrating, especially since the delay was caused by their failure to confirm my insurance promptly when I first called.

The front desk staff did not acknowledge or take responsibility for their error, which directly caused this situation. This was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

I had and appointment on Tuesday and teeth cleaning on Wednesday they were so accommodating and cleaned my teeth the same day without coming back the next day. Pegah words cannot express how much I appreciate the excellent care and service that you provide to me you are always pleasant all the time and explain what you are going to do without me asking you have such a beautiful soul, and personality keep up the good work.

Janice it is always a pleasure seeing you even if you are not working with me you always stop by to say hello you are such a nice and wonderful person I enjoy coming in to see you and Pegah you guys are always so attentive to your patient's which does not go unnoticed. Take care, Cornelia

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this dental office, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff, Sam and Vivian, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They made me feel at ease and ensured a smooth check-in process. As for my dental hygienist, Robin, she's nothing short of amazing. Despite hailing from West Virginia, her professionalism and expertise truly hone through. She took great care in explaining each step of the cleaning process and made sure I was comfortable throughout.

Robin's attention to detail and gentle touch made my visit a breeze. Overall, I highly recommend this dental office. The friendly front desk staff and exceptional hygienist, Robin, make it a top-notch place for dental care. I'll definitely be returning for my next appointment.
