I won't EVER go back to this Dentist EVER again especially since I was told that a wisdom tooth was cut out and wasn't because its completely in now so if I was lied to then Medicaid was most definitely billed for a tooth that wasn't removed plus I was unable to make 3 appointment's due to LCP Transportation services screw up and the dentist wants to charge me a $125 for something that was completely out of my control and of course LCP Transportation and Medicaid won't take responsibility for it either

I want this to be known. This office has done more damage than good to my family. They have caused several oral infections, sensitivity, and thin enamel. I stayed because out of faith. I lost that today.

I received a letter stating that because my son was ill and had to cancel we were removed as clients. And was told that we would have to pay $125 fee. I asked the reason for the fee and the front desk receptionist told me that because we don't cancel in time and they don't have enough time to pull people into those slots that I'm being charged a fee. In layman terms because we cause them to lose money theoretically, they're charging me $125 fee to make up for their lost business. The lady would not confirm nor deny when I asked her that and was not concerned about my child at all.

I do not recommend going to this office. If you have problems with your children or have last-minute issues that come up; I do not recommend this office because they have no sympathy for children and people that have children.

Dr. Lynch is a wonderful dentist. Her friendly manner puts you at ease. Never have to wait more than 5 minutes. Honest consultations. Very efficient!

Started here over a year ago. Staff is incredibly friendly. Kids enjoyed their cleanings. Did great service getting my husband some partials. Then I needed some fillings. Got two done, and had tons of issues with pain after. She said it was post op sensitivity.

I needed a third done and she said wait. Got to be that the pain was so bad so I came back and she had her daddy look at the two she did. Said she did them wrong and they would most likely need redone, said this right in front of me! Then he did my third filling while she watched and he “taught “ her!!!! Couple weeks later was still having horrible pain in that side, my wisdom tooth ended up falling apart! They never even looked at it! I called them but they had a death in the family referred me to someone else. Who referred me to someone else. Ended up at the dental clinic school in Indianapolis. They butchered my mouth and teeth. Told me to follow up with normal dentist.

Called dr lynch because I was in so much pain and got a same day appointment. Only for them too. All back and refuse to see me since they didn’t remove the wisdom tooth. I text and called to remove myself and my kids from future appointments and now no one with even respond or answer their phone. Please be careful… she should not be practicing if she doesn’t know how to do a simple cavity repair.
