Yesterday I had my first appointment at the Timber Creek Dental Care. The lobby of the office has the relaxing atmosphere of a small friendly neighborhood coffee shop. The dental staff from my initial check-in, X-ray, to the dental evaluation were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and supportive. They explained each procedure step by step.

I have preexisting medical conditions that potentially could impact my recovery, therefore, they reviewed my health history, in order to provide safe and effective dental care . I felt safe. I personally found the environment to be stress free.

Great visit yesterday with Sadie. She was very nice and did a thorough job cleaning my teeth. The office personnel are extremely nice as well. Even though I didn’t see Dr. Patel this time, I have had very good past experiences (including a crown) with her as well.

This dental office is absolutely wonderful. From the minute you walk in to the time you walk out, the entire staff was warm and caring. They actually "listen" as you explain why you are there. I went in because of a tooth ache on my right side. Once I explained what was bothering me, I was surprised that they addressed my concern and made no attempt to add additional services to squeeze everything they could out of me as Aspen dental has done on every single visit. They were all so polite and friendly.

When I would go to Aspen, I felt as if their goal was not to care for me and my needs, but to come up with every billable charge they could and try to convince me that these extra charges were beneficial to me when most of them were recommendations for me to have work done to give me a smile of a 20 year old person. They are quick to get you to apply for their care credit just so they can charge these ridiculous fees. If you do not agree to these recommendations, you get your appointments rescheduled and or canceled. I had been trying to get treatment for my tooth for over a year and to date have not received a call to schedule me in. Tinker creek addressed my issue/pain and asked me what I wanted to have done. This made me feel as if they cared and valued me as a person.

They did not try to convince me to do more than I wanted. When I am ready to have additional work done, I will definitely have it done at tinker creek dental and will refer friends and family there as well. Thank you Tinker Creek Dental staff. You are all amazing!

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional dental clinic. I am one of the biggest babies when it comes to going to the dentist. They absolutely made me feel comfortable and I did not experience any pain our discomfort at any time. Everyone I spoke with at Tinker Creek dental care was more than happy to help me with all my questions and concerns.
