Today’s is fantastic! I love that the dentist and orthodontist office are right next to each other, making it super convenient! The staff are all amazing; extremely welcoming, professional, and friendly. They do a great job with kids, openly communicating with them and ensuring they feel relaxed and comfortable. The offices are clean, modern, and very open and accommodating.

I’m super happy with this office and have recommended to several other parents. If you’re looking for a great experience for your child (or yourself) this is a great choice!

Omg this was such an amazing experience. I walked in and I felt so welcomed. I then was taken care of by a girl named Jessi. She was super nice super helpful made me and my family feel so comfortable. My kids had so much fun with her. They wanted to stay and learn about what she does. Today’s Orthodontist is awesome! My son just got his braces off after 8 months of having them. They were so helpful and made the process so easy and were there for any questions I may have had. We love the team here, they’re so kind, friendly and helpful! We really had a wonderful experience!

Miss Dire

I honestly could not ask for a better pediatric orthodontist practice for my boy. My oldest got braces a couple of years ago, and they were due to come off this past January (2025). Everything was going smoothly. In December he ended up hospitalized, and the hospital needed his braces removed so they could perform a head and neck MRI. It was 6pm at night, and they informed us that the sooner the better, but his orthodontist couldn't remove them in the room because of liability (they're not in the same network; dumb, I know).

The hospital didn't have an in-house orthodontist, so they were kind enough to call Today's and spoke with their staff. Upon Today's office closing, Dr. T drove all the way to Royal Oak and removed my boys braces, in the valet drop-off, in the middle of winter, in the dark (my son's dad held up light for her while she worked). Not the ideal setting, but emergency dictated that it get done ASAP, and we were okay with this. She didn't have to come all that way to do that.

That's a profound level of dedication and compassion, and I've never been able to figure out how to thank the office and Dr. T for everything they've done for my boy. Aside from that, all of our office visits have been great as well! The atmosphere (of the Ortho AND Dentistry) offices is great, the staff is always so friendly and ready with a smile, and they're incredibly efficient and swift with what needs to be done (all while still keeping my boy comfortable with what's going on). If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you so much! I highly recommend!
