I called and scheduled a cleaning, I was given an appointment for Thursday at 1pm. When I got to the dentist office I was told they don’t do cleanings on Thursdays. They added that the person who answers the phone does not work in their office, they out source call takers. The front desk office called around the area to see if they had anything available in another location but not no one did.

I specifically took the afternoon off to get my cleaning, very disappointed. A complete waste of time.

Had to reschedule two times becuse of there mess ups one time they even called me on my way to the appointment to tell me they need to cancel then they rescheduled me on a day they are closed this business is terrible if you are looking for a reliable business please don’t come here they will make you call out of work multiple times and still not even see you.

The worst dentist office i have ever been to! I schedule for a teeth cleaning in April, they call me and say to come in earlier, so we pushed my appointment up to March (literally the next week). I schedule to leave work early for the appointment and they call/text me at work (1 hour before my appointment) saying I need to fill out the new patient forms before I get there or they will have to cancel my appointment?? Don’t know why that needs done before but ok? … anyways I get there 10 minutes early, and sat there for 30 minutes extra to tell me they don’t accept my insurance even though I talked to someone the week prior who said they accepted it .

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE! Update: they are trying to charge me a $25 fee saying I didn’t show up. Avoid this place at all costs!

Dr Sheftall, Natasha and Lisa were more than kind, caring and compassionate! They addressed my needs and fears! Dr Sheftall and his staff went "above and beyond" what is usually for me an awful experience. They are THE BEST and I'll recommend them to my family and friends!!!
