The staff at Toothworks are always so friendly and professional. They take the time to explain every detail to you. They almost make you feel like you are their only patient! I love the “friendly reminders” they text you for upcoming appointments too. Makes it a lot easier when you have a busy life. Would absolutely recommend Toothworks.

Amazing hospitality l and my son were picked during each appointment and dropped back home efficiently. My son (3yrs) was kept busy and comfortable, while l had my teeth done. The staff are happy and that created a welcoming environment . The nursed and doctors amazing explained to you all that was to be done in detail.

It was certainly the best experience l ever got . Thanks to Mandy, Mary, Sussy and the doctors who did my teeth amazing Job.

It took me a while to locate Toothworks Sterling Dental, 85 Ellesmere Road, Scarborough, ON, Canada. I called the clinic and was referred to go inside the Parkway Mall and walked to the end. It was located across from Dollarama. You won't miss it. Once I found the dental office, everything was perfect - from the order I met them: 2 friendly frontline staff, and professional hygenist (Nilofar), and dentist (Dr Adela).

I was impressed with the hygenist Nilofar who had both academic and extensive experience in the field. She cleaned my teeth meticulously with great care, like my former dentist would; and finally, Dr Adela (Dentist) who took time to review the x-ray results and discussed with the hygenist before making her recommendations. Then, an efficient frontline staff Winnie set up a new appointment with me for fillings. Overall, I love the cleanliness, professalism, and quality customer services of this dental clinic. As a career coach, I trained dental assistants and health sciences graduates in the past, and recognized the professional standard of the clinic right away.
