One of the worst dental experiences I've ever had. I’m genuinely surprised by the number of positive reviews for this office. My experience was the complete opposite — patient care felt secondary to profits. I came in for a basic filling on a cracked tooth. The first attempt failed within 2 days. A second dentist redid the work, and that filling lasted about 2 months. When I tried to go elsewhere, I found out my insurance wouldn’t cover rework from another provider, so I had no choice but to return.

On my third visit, I was treated with hostility. Instead of taking responsibility, the dentist accused me of causing the damage. I was told I needed a crown and that they wouldn’t fix the tooth. I asked for that decision in writing — no response. A few days later, I received a letter dropping me as a patient. I contacted my insurance company and also obtained a second opinion from another dentist. Both confirmed that this does not qualify for a crown, as the crack in the tooth is too small.

Their routine cleanings are also substandard — rushed and not comparable to the care you’d expect from trained hygienists. I’m in the process of reporting this clinic to the dental board. If you're considering this office, be wary of the glowing reviews and look deeper. My experience was truly disappointing.

I went in for a general check up. After they looked at my teeth, they recommended that I should remove my wisdom teeth. I booked my appointment about two weeks later and headed in for the procedure. The dentist used anesthesia to numb the areas for the wisdom tooth extraction.

He made sure that I wanted to feel no pain at all and didn't start until he confirmed that the anesthetics were working. The only pain I felt was a slight pinch, but after that, I felt no pain at all! I was fully awake for the procedure and I could even drive after if I wanted to. The dentist gave me great medication to reduce the pain of the procedure and prevent an infection. After three weeks, all the pain was gone and everything healed perfectly! Not only did the dentist provide kind and phenomenal customer service, but their amazing staff team as well!
