Dr. RA has Supendous chair side manner. She is always focused on patient comfort while performing dental procedures. I am always pain free during of my dental procedures while under her care. I am very pleased with the three dental implants she placed in mouth during December 2023.

Over the years Dr. RA has performed root canals, extractions, crowns as well as fillings just to name a few of the many procedures she has performed on my teeth. She is worth her weight in Gold and I would highly recommend her to any patient looking for an Outstanding, Professional, knowledgeable as well as patient centric Doctor of Dental Surgery, Dr. Susan Ra is the Dentist you are looking for and you will be pleased Anton Womack, CAPT Medical Service Corps United States Navy, Reserves

Warning: this dentist's office is hazardous to your sanity! First, they made me lounge in the lobby for 20 minutes, just getting me warmed up for the real wait-a-thon. Then, they ushered me into a cozy closet (aka exam room) where I got to enjoy the aroma of disinfectant and stale air for ONE. AND. A. HALF. HOURS. And don't even get me started on the repeat offender status – this wasn't my first (or second, or third. . . ) rodeo with Dr. Delay.

Newsflash, Doc: if you've only got one hygienist, don't try to squeeze in 20 patients! That's like trying to fit 20 clowns in a Mini Cooper. I finally stormed out, leaving my dental drama behind. Verdict: this clinic gets a root canal-sized zero stars from me. Never. Coming. Back. Warning: this review is Dr. Ra-dically accurate and specifically for the brilliant Dr. Ra in Cockeysville (yes, I double-checked the address, no mix-ups here!).

Dr. Ray is not only a true professional but herself and the staff are very welcoming and really puts you at ease. I am a older man that has always been very nervous when it came to visiting the dentist. I've found comfort and confidence at her wonderful practice and actually have conquered my fears thanks to Dr.
