I was unexpectedly assigned a new dentist by my insurance company this year and didn't know what to expect. The location was also more than 10 miles from my home so I wasn't sure if, after the first appointment, I would request a change of dentists. When I arrived at Town Center Dental, the staff was very friendly. They had done a thorough job of obtaining the necessary information before I arrived so I didn't have to spend time going through that process.

The wait was short. The waiting room and dental rooms were fresh, airy and well appointed. The equiptment was high tech (at least it seemed that way to me!) The Dental Hygenist, Shae, was sharp, knowledgeable, efficient, thoughtful and super friendly. The Dentist, Dr.

Patel, was kind, direct, descriptive, personable and had a treatment plan that made sense. And I never got the impression she wanted to sell me a service I didn't really need. I definitely intend to come back, regardless of distance. My teeth and I are excited to know we now have a new dentist office!!! :-)

I love the Professinal Black Woman of Excellence at this location. First time dealing with a wisdom tooth at 49years old is crazy but they made the total experience manageable, pleasant and fast. They didn't waste anytime once they got me to the back. I will definitely return if I ever need a dental surgeon again but this after affect pain I pray I won't have too ever again.. lol

Excellent treatment, even without speaking the same language My experience at Imagix Dental was wonderful. Although we do not speak the same language, the staff was very friendly, patient and professional at all times. They made me feel comfortable, understood and well taken care of.

They made an effort to communicate with me and provide a quality service. Thank you for such a special treatment! Highly recommended.

Dr Patel is best dentist I have ever been to. I changed practices to save money, and was surprised by how much better the experience was compared to more expensive dentists. Dr Patel (and my dental assistant Ollie!) had such excellent bedside manner and was exceptionally detail oriented when it came to everything going right and being the best fit for me.

The front office staff were also incredibly kind and attentive.
