I called to schedule to get a simple cleaning done. However, I did not want to get x-rays done. When I asked the receptionist that, I just wanted a simple dental cleaning without x-rays. She stated that it was Washington State law that I have to have x-rays done to get a cleaning. When I asked her to provide proof of this law, she said, "You can Google it" to which I had done and was unable to find any evidence that this law existed.

So I asked her to provide proof which she could not. She then said, I guess we're not a good fit. I filed a complaint against the dentists with the Washington State Dental Quality Assurance Commission.

I had a very bad experience when calling to setup a new patient appointment this January 31st around 10:01 AM. The lady I spoke with on the phone was so rude, I had given her all my insurance info except my subscriber ID (husband SSNs that I did not have with me) and I told her I would give it to her later, but she immediately audibly sighed and said “Oh my God” and started giving me a bad attitude. I ended up telling her to cancel my appointment since from her behavior it did not seem they wanted me as a patient.

I was very disappointed with this experience since my husband had been there and recommended them to me.

I recently had a cleaning at Town Center Dentistry, and I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable. The hygienist, Jennifer, was incredibly gentle and thorough, explaining each step of the process in a way that made me feel at ease. She had such a positive, friendly energy that I felt relaxed the entire time. Dr. Traxler was also fantastic—professional, caring, and clearly very knowledgeable.

It's clear they genuinely care about their patients and take the time to ensure you're well-informed about your oral health. I used to go back to California to see my dentist there because I hadn’t found a dentist in the area I trusted. I am so happy I found Dr. Traxler! Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent dental care!
