Dr.Trevor Furinish does a great job and runs an outstanding practice. His hygienist do a great job with cleaning as well. The receptionist is very polite and kind to everyone who walks through their doors! We will be back.

No One

I had no trouble with my service although I had constant troubles with billing. They never did the contractual write-off with the insurance company and kept sending me a bill after every treatment for between six and seven dollars. Then, the head dentist decided to retire, and the insurance was tied to the dentist and not the practice. So, after my last cleaning I got a bill for $70. No one bothered to tell me they were no longer taking my insurance.

They left it to me to call the insurance company to straighten things out. Fortunately, the insurance decided to go ahead and pay, which is good for them because I wasn’t planning on paying the bill because they should’ve let me know beforehand (and they had plenty of opportunity to do so) that they were no longer taking my insurance. I now go to another dentist.

We've been going to this office for several years and always had great experiences - fron the office staff to the hygentists. Recently, Dr. Bassett retired and Dr. Furnish took over the practice. My son and I went in for our routine cleanings the end of Sept.

In December, I received a bill in the mail from Townline saying I owed $120 for our cleaning (our cleanings should be covered 100%). I called the office thinking they made a mistake at which time I was advised (after the fact) that when Dr. Furnish took the practice over, he decided the practice would no longer be in network for any insurance and that they sent notification in the mail to all of their patients. This was definitely not the case - no notification was received. Furthermore, they could have notified me when confirming my appointment via text - but I guess the philosophy for the transition is to just blindside patients.

Needless to say, we canceled all future appointments. This is not how business should be done and will no longer use them for our dental needs.

The staff were super friendly & helpful. The dr was easygoing & did an excellent job. They didn't accept my insurance, but when you're being murdered by your teeth every day money wasn't a big deal. Their prices were reasonable. I totally recommend this dental office.
