I have been so impressed with my experience with Dr.Vestal and her entire staff! Just recently my child had a cap to come off I called hoping he would be seen within the week, I was shocked when I was told to bring him in the same day to have it put back on. I could not have been any happier with the care my son had received here. Kudos to Dr.Vestal and her staff!

This seemed like a nice place when making my appointment for my daughter. Unfortunately when I arrived at her first appointment the receptionist was so very rude. I drove over 40 minutes to get to the dental office and I was 1 minute pass the 10 minutes of extra time that they give u when I arrived. When I came in the receptionist was on the phone after she hung up she then ignored me. I told her I needed to check in.

The lady’s name was Amy E. Merritt, and she immediately let me know that I was late. She did not greet me with a hello, she was very rude and as I proceeded to tell her what time I arrived she pretty much over talked me, and I then told her that she was rude and that my daughter is a first time patient and she told me that she can cancel my appointment all together if want to tell her how rude she is. I didn’t say anything else to her. My 5 year old daughter needed to be seen so I let her talk to me any kind of way.

Here it is months later and my daughter literally says to me often “mommy do u remember when that lady was being mean to you” so devastating I almost cried because I could have showed completely out in that office but I didn’t. She was just a nasty person! One of the most nastiest people I have ever encountered in all my years of going to the doctor. No mercy! Just a nasty rude individual! I really cannot believe that that dentist is allowing her to represent her dental office and her. I will be telling all my family and friends to not go to their dental office as well as going on Facebook! Letting the world know my experience about the receptionist!

As always, Dr. Vestal and her staff provide excellent care. They are knowledgeable and very capable professionals. Friendly office staff who do wonderful work. Dr. Vestal makes going to a dentist a breeze. I trust Dr. Vestal and her staff's work and their advice completely. They truly care about their patients! Highly recommend.
