Everyone who works here is super friendly and welcoming. The dental hygienist was wonderful and made sure I was comfortable during my teeth cleaning. She did an excellent job job of removing some significant tarter buildup. And Dr.

McCallum and she both did an excellent job explaining the how's and why's of teeth/gum health without being pushy or guilt-tripping. I'm not actually dreading my next visit.

I went to the Darlington traditional dentist and I love Dr. McCallum and the dentist who did work on my teeth. They are so nice and they explain everything to you on what they are going to do and what’s wrong. I recommend people going to them. I hardly do these so I would take that into consideration on going.

I was having pain, they immediately got me in the next day as a new client. They did X-ray and the dentist (Dr. Smith) examined my teeth/bite. He was quickly able to determine that it was due to grinding and ordered a proper guard to wear at night. I used to wear one provided by a different dentistry and i grinded through it/did not help.

The one he was able to fit me for was different and better suited for me. It was designed to alleviate my specific grinding points. The care is 100% person oriented and all the staff were super friendly. They are also very upfront with cost and will give different options, without pressuring you. 100% recommend!

I had dental insurance but no root canal or crowns for a few months yet. He was told several times as was staff. Done prep for crown anyway. Tried to pay 50 bucks that day. Took my insurance card and said to wait until filed! Screwed up filing and gave cards again insurance wouldn't pay.

After back and forth with my insurance and agent even contacting refused. Dentist instead of filling done crowns work is why cost me over 1000k counting premiums. Then write check for amount and they turned in to collection. Apparently following and understanding patients wish and directions is not something they do. Done with that unacceptable behavior
