At Tranquility Dental in Minnesota, my experience began with a misdiagnosis that led to unnecessary treatment and overbilling. What should have been a routine visit quickly turned into a costly ordeal, with unexpected charges piling up due to hidden fees and a lack of transparency. Scheduling an appointment was no easier. The wait times were intolerable, and the office seemed chronically overbooked, with little regard for patients' time.

Even after securing an appointment, I was left waiting far beyond my scheduled time. The lobby was another shock. Instead of the clean, serene environment, one would expect, the space was dirty, with a dog (not a service dog) running around, adding to the chaos. While one of the hygienists was very nice, the dentist and front office staff were incredibly rude, making the experience even more unpleasant.

Overall, Tranquility Dental failed at every turn, from the misdiagnosis and overbilling to the long waits and unkempt lobby. If you care about your dental health and peace of mind, I'd strongly recommend finding another practice.

Been going here for years! Staff are always so friendly and kind. Have been to most of the hygienists (I had Liz today) and they have always been great. Dr Melissa and the other dentists I’ve seen have also been great. I’m not a fan of going to the dentist and they make it easy.

I just had my first appointment at Tranquility, and I LOVED it! Hygienist Liz is AMAZING, very gentle, knowledgeable, and so super sweet! The office is lovely as well--so intentionally non-clinical and comfortable. I was nervous to find a new dentist because I was so happy with my dentist in Colorado, but I'm SO glad I found Tranquility!
