As a grandmother with my teenage grandson needing braces, I had heard very high praise in the community for Dr. Bergsma's skills and her excellent staff. Two years later my grandson has one of the most beautiful smiles you could wish for! I liked that the staff did not get excited when a wire broke and got us an appointment as soon as possible. The office environment is very calm (and clean) and in addition I was able to work out a payment plan that did not overly strain my budget.

Lastly, the orthodontic plan for my grandson was very detailed and both he and I liked knowing what was ahead in his treatment. Thank you Dr. Bergsma and Staff! Barbara Weber

Both of our children are patients and because of her excellent reputation, we never thought twice about where to take them for their orthodontic care. We were visiting Traverse City when my daughter’s braces bracket came undone. My orthodontist in Massachusetts spoke to Dr. Stumpos and she immediately saw my daughter that day and treated her like she had always been a patient in her practice. Maddy is a true gem. She has a wonderful rapport with children and has significantly improved my daughter's smile. Additionally, the entire staff is outstanding, particularly Sue and Maureen. Over the years, I have made countless calls regarding tooth changes, appointments, and other inquiries, and each interaction has been met with exceptional care and professionalism. I can't praise these ladies enough. They are truly wonderful, and the service here is consistently excellent!
