I called trying to set up an appointment with one of my members and no one was answering the phone. We tried calling twice more and when someone answered I told her “my name is Shania I have a member here on the line we want to get her set up with a new patient appointment” she said “you have to wait you’ve been calling my phone off the hook and I’m busy” then she put the phone down, did not even put us on hold and left for about 10 minutes. When she returned she said “ok what” and I repeated myself.

She said “the member is on the line? Well she needs to call us direct that should have been disclosed because we can’t know for sure it’s her on the phone” and got off the phone. Honestly just a horrible experience and I wasn’t even calling for myself.

My entire family and I have made a series of appointments and this dental place always cancels the day of the appointment and never reschedules them for us. Personally, I have had an awful experience. I had a cavity and got it fixed and filled and I proceeded to have to go back 4 TIMES! Because the filling never felt comfortable and it was hurting my mouth. Today, I now have a chipped tooth or the filling came out (I wouldn't know because they haven't answered my call to get it checked out).

Don't go here it is the most frustrating experience ever. If you already hate the dentist you would hate it more after going to this place.

I am a Diabetic an had been having problems with even getting an antibiotic from the Dentist office i was seeing!!!! Tree of Life got me in right away even as a new patient! The office was very clean and staff was more than professional! The Dr.

was so kind fast and Gentle with me!! I couldn’t believe the difference from the Dentist office i was going to to Tree Of Life Dental!! I was more than pleased a thankful!! All my years i have never had a Dentist pull a tooth an be so fast so gentle an so professional a kind as well as there staff! I also get very nervous they already had on music which helped with my anxiety so much!!

I went in to get my tooth pulled. They pulled some of the tooth out then it was hurting real bad so the older man ( Dr. ) there poked me in my mouth three times with a large needle to numb the area. There was a struggle getting what he needed to get my tooth pulled some stuff they did not have to pull my tooth. The Dr.

that was pulling my tooth Poked me in the cheek with his finger out of anger on the side that they were pulling the tooth on and told me to shut up and relax if I wanted my tooth pulled "correctly". I still have some of my tooth still in my gums and then he stitched me up and sent me on my way. My experience was horrible and I wouldn't recommend to go here. I'm still in so much pain. I cried for two hours straight!!!
