We love Treehouse! They got all four of my kids in and out in less than an hour. My kids wanted to stay longer after to play in the treehouse! Dr Seegers was so great and personable. He took the time to explain everything and I trust his expertise! The hygienists were all so cheerful and made my kids feel special. Thank you for a great experience.

We started coming here by recommendation from our general dentist about four years ago, assuming it was a pediatric dentist. I don’t know anything about dentistry personally, but it looked like one—especially with the name and the tree play place inside. The previous owner was an older dentist who did a great job with kids and general dentistry. However, he sold the practice to three “dentbros” who only have degrees in general dentistry. Upon further inspection, this place IS NOT A PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY PRACTICE. In fact, the previous owner wasn’t a pediatric dentist either. I’m not sure what constitutes malpractice, but it definitely feels like it. As it turns out, pediatric dentistry requires much more specialized care when working on children’s teeth—especially for fillings and follow-ups. When fillings go unchecked for a year, cavities can form underneath them, eventually growing into large, deep cavities that require extensive fillings, extractions, or crowns.

(And they seem to love pushing crowns. ) All of this was completely unknown to me, and the new owners do not follow up with customers for their cleanings or comprehensive checkups. They also failed to catch any of the problems with our son’s teeth—even when they took X-rays. Upon further review of the X-rays, they completely missed a huge cavity under a filling, which led to the extraction of the tooth today. (I’m never going back after this massive oversight. ) My son was in extreme pain for an entire week because they didn’t properly review the X-ray and were, frankly, lazy about addressing the issue. These are not dentists practicing preventative care—they are letting issues escalate to the point of critical failure, forcing you to react when it’s too late. I’m sure they do great work with adults, but if you have a child under 10, you’ll likely end up watching them get multiple extractions and crowns. I understand that my responsibility as a parent is to brush every morning and night, which we do, but I cannot brush under a filling.

That’s what their x-ray cameras are for know if their overall dental health is in check. I wouldn’t recommend taking your kids here. Our poor 5-year-old son, after a year under their care, now has to get four of his teeth crowned and had one extracted today. I feel sick to my stomach writing this, knowing they didn’t have my family’s well-being in mind. Any rebuttal from them on this post won’t undo the damage they have done to our son and his teeth due to their lack of care and follow-up. Two stars out of five—because one-star reviews are usually just from someone who is angry. Two stars means they do some things right, like customer service and prizes for kids, but none of that matters if your child’s teeth are rotting away under the fillings they put in. The attached photos are a bit shocking so I apologize if they disturb anyone, but I want to be transparent in this review to help them move away from child care and focus their efforts on adults only and not children.

Dr Collins is freaking AMAZING. For the last 3 years I haven't had dental insurance. When Medicaid finally covered dental I called Treehouse Dental and they made me a patient for life. The whole experience has been amazing. Dr Collins staff are so friendly, kind and made me feel comfortable right off the jump. Going in for my first appointment I was VERY embarrassed about my teeth situation. Dr Collins made me feel so hopeful that he could fix a lot of my issues.

And he did. A month later I now have teeth that I'm significantly less embarrassed about. He fixed a chip of the front tooth, recession in my gums from grinding, repaired and saved a cracked tooth that was a route canal, crowns, cavities and an overall appearance of my teeth. The dude is a magician. 5/5 for Dr Collins and ALL of his staff. I love you guys!

Absolutely professional and very accommodating to my super busy schedule. They’re very quick and thorough with their work. They are incredible about telling us the truth- they don’t fill cavities if one doesn’t exist. Their environment is very family friendly, and they always greet us on a first name basis.
