Took my son there based on our family dentists reccommendation. My son had several cavaties and he just turned 6, so the family dentist was not comfortable doing so much work on a child. I trusted her opinion so we took him to tri city kids dentristry. The family dentist had already sent over all the info and x-rays and as both my wife and i understood it, the first appointment there was to start the work. Upon the first visit they did nothing but take more x-rays and re-examine him. While i was disappointed i understood, but the assistant was so rude and be-littling, and our family dentist suggested 4 fillings, this dentist wanted to do 1 filling and 3 crowns, and while asking the assistant about this she was so arrogant and rude.

All she did was talk down to me about asking why such a dramatic difference in treatment plans. After that visit i swore i would never go back but my wife talked me into it. So then came today, they took my son back and they told me to wait in the waiting room. Reluctantly i went to the waiting room and sat down for 30 seconds or so and quickly decided I was not ok with this so i ask to see my son. I waited several minutes before they took me back only to put me in another room away from my son. Before they took me back i saw the dentist walking around but when they brought me back to the other room they said my son was already on gas - so my son was on gas without the dentist present!!! - they continued to stonewall me untill i threatened to call the police.

Then and only then would they let me see my son. At this point they had him on oxygen to reverse the effects of the gas. Once done i took him and picked him up and hugged him tight and ran away from these hacks!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!!! As i once heard if you have nothing to hide - you hide nothing. Obviously they have something to hide!

My children have been going to Tri-City kids for 7+ years now, and they really enjoy this place. They love Dr. Picard & we love the staff as well. Most of the staff has been there for quite some time. So my children know them all very well and are very comfortable with them.

So glad we found this Dentist! They are so good with my kids and have caught my kids up on all of their appointments since they hadn't been to the dentist in a while. They were very helpful taking care bad teeth and cavities all at once so we didn't have to go back several times. Highly recommend Dr. Picard and her associates! Very nice people to deal with and answered all questions we had!

I've honestly have never given a review on anything, but I feel inclined to with Dr. Picards office. My son who is 3 needed a lot of dental work done. From the moment I stepped into her office I knew we made the right decision. They told me he would need surgery. I was so nervous. It was scheduled at Hills and Dale's hospital, and I will be honest I was like omg that's a tiny hospital in the boon docks. But, when we arrived all of the nurses we so kind to me and my son. They made him feel so comfortable. Dr.

Picard came talk to me and and my son before surgery and was so compassionate. After the procedure Dr. Picard came out and explained everything to me in through detail. My son After acted like nothing ever happened. Never cried and never said anything hurt. Even the next day no pain. I give Dr Picard and staff an A+ and will recommend her office to everyone with small children. Thank you Dr. Picard your amazing!
