Operation Dental Care: This program provides free, full-service dental treatment for qualifying veterans and their spouses who do not meet eligibility requirements for dental care through the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Wetherbee Orthodontics Program: This program offers free orthodontic care to children from the "Focus on the Children" program who have severe malocclusion.
