So I've been here for 30 min and the receptionist just came out of the back told me I was here for something totally different than I scheduled for. When I corrected her for what I was here to be seen and scheduled for she was very rude and argumentative she refused to give back my ID and insurance to bill them anyways even though I told her I wasn't keeping this appointment.

I am contacting my insurance and rescheduling an appointment with a different dentist office. I highly recommend to not come here

Very patient did great was kind even though I had an anxiety attack and filled my cavities and got me a referral to UC to have my wisdom teeth removed. was there from 11-1. they did an amazing job!

Most horrible dental place I've ever been to in my life! A whole in the wall dental scam is what this is, they take your money and have you waiting for hours to get seen and then they don't do anything but sit you in a chair for 15 minutes and then tell you they can't help! The doctor doesn't and won't communicate with you the assistant does so you can't really trust the advice I was so confused why after I was seated the doctor never took the time to actually talk to me and explain things that I needed to understand. I was there at 3:00pm which is when my appt started but I was not seen until 3:30 pm! No one at the front desk for at least 25 minutes, And was almost late for something very important just for them to tell me I need to go somewhere else with no solutions!! And there was no actual conversation with the doctor explaining why he could not treat me but didn't reimburse me my money and didn't prescribe me with anything until I could find someone else.

If you want to save your time and money I suggest you don't waste your time coming here especially if you are looking to go here because you are on Medicaid. Do yourself a favor and spare your wallet and go somewhere else! This is nothing more than a scam and also the place is filthy, the seats looked old and they never wiped down or sanitized anything.

There was only one assistant that barely knew what she was talking about they had people begging to get work done because they took off work and they just sent them out of the building including myself who paid their hard earned money up front and still no work was done!! Saying how the insurance didn't pay when they had the person waiting for over an 1hr and had them paying up front for a co-pay! This place is horrible and I don't know how they are still open I am complaining to my insurance company and to whoever is reading this I just want to save you time and money because this place is a dump and should be shut down this place is a complete and utter SCAM!

Don’t waste your time. I called and made an appointment, then they called back twice to reschedule the time. I was working so it kind of pissed me off from the start. We get to the appointment, my daughter was brought back, at first I was aloud to sit with her.

Then was told I had to sit in the waiting room which was fine no biggie. They gave her an X-RAY, then five minutes later she walks out with a card that had the new appointment and was told we had to come back! I took off work and everything to be told to reschedule! I’m actually glad the only one dentist who works there did not work on her teeth. Not going back, Very unprofessional.
