It's not an exaggeration when I say that my first time here was the best dentist experience of my life. My dental hygienist (for as long as possible I'm hoping!) Ms. Alicia was absolutely fantastic. Not only the most comfortable cleaning experience but super knowledgable about questions I had around my dental care. Dr.

Bell? Incredible. Quickly assessed/reviewed my situation and offered easy to understand next steps. I felt like I was in the best hands possible, across the board.

This was our first visit to Triangle Family Dentistry in Rolesville,NC. We loved our hygienists Alicia, Skyler, Chloe(X-ray technician),Dr. Bell, and Shakeeda (receptionist). This dental office has shown a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect. I’m owed a refund of $783, which the office manager, Dee Stanley, confirmed on May 2nd, 2025. Despite this confirmation, the refund was never issued. I made multiple visits to the office from April 22, 2025, to June 4, 2025, because they failed to follow through or provide any meaningful updates. Instead of owning their mistake and resolving the issue, they chose to falsely accuse me of harassment. A baseless and offensive response to a paying patient simply seeking the return of their own money. This was not only inappropriate but also retaliatory, unethical, and entirely out of line. IN FACT, I even continued to pursue services with this dental office even though I have not received my refund, demonstrating that I was acting in good faith, not hostility.

Dr. McNeal, as the provider responsible for this practice, should be ashamed of how this situation was handled under their leadership. Patients deserve to be treated with honesty and respect, not stonewalled, ignored, and then labeled as a problem when they push for what they’re owed. I strongly urge anyone considering this office to think twice. If this is how they handle financial matters and patient concerns, I would seriously question how they handle everything else. I will also file a complaint with the NC Dental Board. *****UPDATE as of 6/20/25 If I could give zero stars, I would. I received the $783 refund I was owed, but the way this office, particularly Practice Manager Dee Stanley, managed the situation was completely unacceptable.

Despite following up respectfully, I was falsely accused of harassment—a baseless and retaliatory response to a valid concern. As a Black Man, I take such accusations very seriously, especially in today’s climate where these labels carry real consequences. I was treated like a problem, not a patient. The entire experience was stressful, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing. If they genuinely care about how I was treated, they know how to reach me.

Triangle Family Dentistry is absolutely amazing! While all of your employees are awesome, I must rave about one individual who went above and beyond for me. Dee Stanley was compassionate and kind in a way that most medical offices can lack at times when someone with a chronic illness has to call and cancel at the last minute.

She never once made me feel like it was a burden or that I was bothering her by having to explain why I had to cancel. She even suggested that I contact her back when I felt well enough to do so.

She was so understanding and empathetic to what I was going through. It’s very rare nowadays to get that type of response from a medical office and I really appreciate and want to thank her for making me feel not like a burden but a person! I only spoke to her for 5 minutes but that 5 minutes made a world of difference to me, so thank you Dee for making me not feel guilty for having to take care of my health first, you are awesome, amazing, and so many other words my migraine addled brain can’t think of right now!
