This was my first appointment I’m going away and one of my cops came out and I needed a visit right away. They accommodated me they were so nice and pleasant. The office manager Jennie she was just terrific.

I think the staff at this office because I was dreading going to the dentist because of previous Bad service so I really am appreciative of all the good service that was provided to me on my visit.

I can’t say enough good things about these guys! The entire staff is super friendly and they really make sure to explain everything to you and make sure you understand. Dr. Privett is one the best dentist I’ve ever seen. He really listened to me and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend!

Update . . cleaning yesterday . . Fabulous the staff here are amazingly fabulous . . Definitely recommend this office. Again I appreciate oats you ALL 🙂 Excellent . . I’m new to the area and was in need of a cleaning. My initial thought was a long wait for an appointment. lol I immediately got an appointment for the next day . . Perfect. . . Hannah who answered the phone was amazing . .

She was thorough, patient and answered my questions honestly and professionally. Scheduled my appointment and texted paperwork promptly to my phone. Now for my appointment day . . Simply phenomenal. . Nice to see my name on the Welcome board in lobby. . Friendly greeting and warm welcome from Hannah and Stacey 😊 Within 15 mins I was called to back by Julia who completed some x-ray’s with an amazing updated machine. And she took me took the room of fabulous . . Outstanding Amanda the hygienist. . To complete some individual X-rays . . Then Both ladies completed my teeth check. Amanda recommended a deep cleaning starting with a deep gum cleaning first because of the intensity needed a second appointment in 1 month complete cleaning, flossing etc will happen. Before procedure started Stacey from billing came into explain the recommendation, prices etc for what I needed.

Great let’s do it! Amanda got down to the intense, gentle 1st recommended process. She was patient, gentle and kind thru the whole process. Once completed . . The dentist Dr. Privott came in . . Pleasant, kindly greeted me and checked my teeth and made some recommendations to which are preventative measures before the worse happens. Thankful for each and everyone at this establishment. I wholeheartedly trust the recommendations and will move forward to get the work completed. I’d highly recommend Trident Dental . . They are exceptional, the office is clean welcoming and pleasant. I highly recommend them . . I’m excited to be a new patient here. Thank you 😊

I had never been to this Dental practice before however after breaking a tooth that morning I went to Google and found the name. Trident Dental called and I was able to get an appointment the same day. The service was excellent. The staff was very good. I thank you very much for all you did for me that day.
