Hands down the best dentist I have been to. She really takes her time and explains everything as she goes. My previous dentist never numbed me and when I went for my fillings, she made sure I was totally numb and I didn’t feel a thing! My cleaning was also very smooth and gentle. Overall, a great experience and the Dr. is so nice!

Dr. Wiredu have been my Dentist since 2005 ,The Dr. had been given me excellent care for me I don’t know what I would have done without the doctor advice in oral hygiene. Dee and Terry are excellent assistants without them in the office would not run as smoothly as it does. Dee as a office manager does her job with great care for the patient need. Terry assists Dr.

Wiredu every need in applying every dental procedure that is needed. P. S. Dr Wiredu has been top notch in the field of Dentistry……let me add health, without health there no good dental. YOU have to smile in your occupation…… Since I came to Dr Wiredu I been smiling every single day.

Incompetent staff. Refused to keep my appointment because of an error from an outdated booklet. I called my insurance to confirm coverage and network eligibility, but staff refused to follow up. I cancelled my husband's appointment as well. I don't want a business that can't use a phone to have sharp objects around me. Edit: I was assigned. Lazy staff just refuse to actually follow up.

I did speak with my insurance directly and got confirmation. Trinity Dental staff would only look at a pre-printed list that I explained was in error after speaking directly with my insurance. I made the call. The staff didn't and refused. Facts are facts. Don't blame the customer for your incompetence, especially when they go out of their way to do your job for you.

FRAUD ALERT!!! My tooth fillings broke and fell out in less than a year. One of the filling was broken inside upon recent investigation by my new dentist. And the second filling fell out during flossing. This shows that the dentist used poor quality of material. This is nightmare as this should not happen. Also, dentist told me that I have bruxism or teeth grinding issue. Since last year, I have seen other dentists, and they never seem to raise this as an issue. In fact, neither my family member have said to me that I am gridding teeth in sleep, nor any of my previous doctors.

Bruxism symptoms also include severe headache, sore jaw etc… I do not have anything like that. The wait times are huge. You need to wait for around an hour to see the doctor. The nurse gives very sassy replies when patient ask any questions. Also, the front desk lady is so lazy and rude. It takes her months to process the claims. Overall, I won’t recommend anyone going to this place.
