Edit: definitely had enough. They did a tooth extraction on our 9 year old son and only used numbing cream. WTF. Our son told us after the procedure he was crying during the extraction because it hurt so bad. He was supposed to have another extraction on the other side of his mouth and told us we need to come back because they don’t do both sides at once. You really think we are brining our son or any of our other children back after this. Hell no… Thinking about it, I was straight lied to that they gave the kids laughing gas to help with the pain. when I was giving an update on our 6 year old, they mentioned they had to give him more “medicine”, aka numbing cream, because it was hurting him.

I asked if they gave him laughing gas and I was told “yes, he got laughing gas and more of the medicine too for the pain”. After we got in the car and the kids started to explain to us what happened and we were in disbelief all they got was numbing cream the Mrs called the office and we got confirmation it was only numbing cream but they are making a note on their file to use gas next time. Again, WTF……. . I can understand numbing cream maybe on a small filling but on a whole damn tooth extraction? It must be cheaper for them to use the numbing cream! I have no issues with the front desk staff and like them. This facility has gone down hill over years. We already pulled our kids out of the medical side and followed Dr. Wilson to her private practice (light house pediatrics).

We have been dragging our feet on the dental but I think we’ve had enough. Now let’s taking about how this place has gone into the face mask resale business. Face masks are required and they charge $4 for adults and $2 for children. That’s over 1200% mark up. I guess it’s a matter of time they have you pay out of pocket for the required medical gowns and other supplies. Think I’ll bring my own pen and printer paper too next time just in case they decide to charge for that too.

Staff does not care about kids but money. I had an issue with my insurance due to something they did and when I asked why , they couldn’t answer and told me not bring my child back. Your staff made the mistake, I made calls and got the insurance issue resolved and the office still denied my child to return.

The search for a good pediatrician is hard. Now I have a bill because your staff made a huge mistake and doesn’t want to own up to it.

I had the pleasure of working with Aisha at the medical front desk, & I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism & warmth. She truly made me feel like family & was incredibly easy to talk to while helping me set up my daughters as new patients. Aisha’s ability to connect with people & make me, as a mom, feel heard meant the world to me.

She made the process seamless & reassured me that I made the right choice in selecting this office for my daughters’ care. Her kindness & attentiveness are a true asset to the team!
