I wish I would have read the reviews before I started going to this place. After a cleaning, they identified I had two cavities. I was scheduled for the fillings. The day before, they called to cancel stating Dr. was not going to be in, rescheduled me to the following weekend.

That morning, called me to say they are running behind and I could come and wait but they couldn’t tell me how long, or reschedule. I chose to reschedule. Now the best part, the day of, I walk in and it is clearly over booked, waiting room is packed. After waiting for 40 mins, they finally take me back to then tell me they can only do one of my fillings. I WISH I would have walked out then.

After expressing my concerns of this because I have bad anxiety, I moved forward with one tooth. Currently, the tooth the Dr worked on is now completely irritated in my gums, she overfilled the enamel to fill my tooth back in. I asked for my X-rays because I will be going somewhere else, and they only gave me the one of the tooth they already filled. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY!

My family and I have been going to Troy Dental Care for a few years now and the staff there have always been friendly, welcoming, and sincere. We really appreciate the personal care and comfort that Dr. Shah has given us, above and beyond her exceptional expertise and professionalism.

We also appreciate how Brenda always greets with a smile and takes care to make sure we're comfortable during our cleaning. We are grateful for everyone there at Troy Dental.

The DR and staff were friendly and made sure the kids were comfortable and relaxed. Everything went great but the last few times had been ridiculous. I bring my kids in 10 minutes early before their appointment time and I still waited more than 30 minutes to be called in. They also keep changing appointment times and sometime without you knowing. I will be switching dentist for my kids soon.

Dr. Shah is the best dental provider I’ve been to. She’s honest, patient, and understanding. She is truly the only doctor I trust for oral health and hygiene. The team is fantastic and super friendly. Highly recommend!
