It's hard to imagine a better dental service! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, easy to reach by phone or text, and they always take the time to thoroughly answer my questions. In the last two visits I learned about calculus buildup and prevention, toothpaste for sensitive gums that also treats stains, and whether you should whiten your teeth (mostly personal preference on that one).

As a bonus, this is the only dentist I've gone to where I've never experienced pain or discomfort; I think that's related to how well they listen to and accommodate thier patients. Highly recommended!

I've visited a couple of times for my regular cleanings, and enjoyed every one of those visits! Dr. Choi and her staff are professional, enthusiastic, and super friendly. She always gives suggestions on brushing/flossing habits and areas to focus or be more gentle on. You can tell that she and her staff really cares about your teeth and wellbeing.

I am so glad that I found Dr. Choi and her wonderful team at truDental of Northgate. I had been struggling to find a dentist that worked for me and I've been so impressed since I started seeing Dr. Choi. The office is clean, bright, and modern. The front desk staff is responsive and proactive with insurance. Polly is a phenomenal dental hygienist. She is so gentle with my teeth and gums.

She's easy to talk to and makes me feel comfortable. Dr. Choi is thorough and really good about being reasonable with recommendations. A previous dentist I saw always made me feel like something was wrong with my teeth and that I needed to do every procedure under the sun. Dr. Choi is pragmatic and focuses on what is most important for you teeth and gum health. I can't recommend her office enough!

I would like thank TruDental of Northgate for taking care of my dad for his last minute dental appointment. We appreciate your patience and outmost accommodation for dad’s language barrier difficulties and most importantly accommodating his immediate dental needs. I didn’t get a chance to get the dental hygienist’s name but, i want to acknowledge her here. She is so sweet and kind. Our dental physician was very patient and we really appreciated her explaining what is good for my dad.

The doctor did talked to my dad in a manner that he would understand, as someone who couldn’t speak English well. Thanks to Ms. Kim for being able to squeeze us in the schedule and accommodating us today! My dad is really happy and grateful with the overall experience with team. More power to the team and God bless!
