Warning---GO somewhere else!!! I don't do reviews but we had such a terrible experience here this morning. If I could, I would give 0 stars. My son was supposed to get a root canal done. Instead he just had an eval, which ended up being a blessing.

Not one adult or professional came out to tell me anything about his appointment. My son came out with a prescription for an antibiotic. For what? When should he take it? Does he actually need the root canal? What were your findings today? What is the next step or course of action? These are all basic questions that any patient should be given answers to, however I was not. When I asked if I could speak to anyone who took care of him, no one came.

The waiting room was filled to the brim with people who held the same time appointment. If the dentist can not take the time to walk through for 2 minutes and explain to the adult what will be done for the child, in no way can he be trusted or expected to take competent care in treating him. If you want to be treated like a number, or be confused on what the exact treatment plan-then this is the place for you, but we walked out and will never be back!

The staff were friendly and caring. I had a root canal scheduled and I am very pleased with how everything turn out. . The appointment went so smooth. The dentist was confident and the work was very professional. It was one of the best experiences I have had. The only pain experience was the injection to numb the area and that was minimal.. Kudos to the staff at true Dental!!

Very nice, I know it can be a bit of a wait in the lobby but once I got called in the dental assistants are very sweet and careful they explain every step which makes me feel very reassured with what will be getting done once the Doctor comes in naturally I do open up more but the Doctor was so quick with my extraction the only thing that was a little painful was the local anaesthetic but once that processed it took them not even 10 minutes to get my tooth extracted.

I'm very happy with my results!

Canceled my appointment twice because the dentist wouldn't be in. . . Didn't even have a date to reschedule. I had one filling that needed to be done once and when I went in that said they had to do thee fillings, never mentioned the other ones and I'm pretty sure those didn't need to be done. I needed a root canal and they did half the procedure and then scheduled the crown almost two months later.

. . Mind you I still don't have a crown cause they cancelled. They simply are the absolute worst.
