The only staff that were friendly are the ladies up front that handle the appointments. When I showed up. The others wernt very talkative at all. I thought I was getting a cleaning, and I was only getting X-rays. Noone was informing on what was going on. Not very friendly at all. So I came back for my cleaning, and that was the worst cleaning I'd ever had!! It hurt so bad.

I know it had been awhile since I had my teeth cleaned, but she kept going over the same spots. It was just a very painful cleaning. Smh. They said I needed to have quite a few fillings but with the painful cleaning and unfriendly staff, I think I'll pass. And am gonna look else where for a Dentist that seems a little more friendly and talkative.

Hands down the worst doctors office I have EVER been to. I can only speak for the fort branch office as I have never been to the Princeton one. They NEVER answer the phone, they hardly ever call people back. I left voicemails for 3 days and never got a call back. I was late with my class for clinical s because it took them over a month to give me my shot record. Now we have moved out of state and my son is behind on vaccination because it’s now been ANOTHER MONTH and they still have not given us his records. It’s really sad that the office staff can ruin a whole practice for someone.

I will never have anything to do with this office again. When speaking with staff about this issue they blame how 2020-2021 has been a “crazy year” for everyone. My current doctors office dosnt seem to have this problem. They even admitted they had received the transfer request and just never did anything with it. I would save your family the head ache and avoid this office all together.

I've had 2 wisom teeth removed and a troublesome molar removed. This is my third review of exactly the same nature. 5/5 stars. My experiences have been with Dr. Walters and Cora all 3 times and I cannot emphasize enough how kind, caring, personable they are. Just outstanding people.

I understand we all have different interactions with other people. However, for the life of me, in no way could I ever imagine a genuine reason Dr. Walters, or Cora would ever recieve less than 5 stars. I appreciate them both beyond measure.
