i had a very good visit with the office of Dr. Limongelli. Staff were courteous and professional and extremely helpful. Dr. Limongelli did my Implant almost 25 years ago and it is still intact. He tightened the crown and I was able to eat again. i am very satisfied with the service I received.

I really hate to complain or give bad reviews however this is the second time that I have had a bad experience with the lady Michelle at the front desk. A few months ago, I scheduled the cleaning. I called and told her that I was unable to make that time as I was coming from an appointment for my son. I was stuck in traffic. Michelle had a fit over the phone and was very unprofessional however she rescheduled me. When I went in the service from the doctor and Felix, the technician was great. The doctor recommended that I get an implant and he would let me know if my insurance was able to cover that.

I received A voicemail last week stating my implant was ready she did not say where she was calling from or her name. She again called yesterday and stated that the implant was ready this time. She did state her name and where she was calling from. We scheduled an appointment for today at 12:30. I called her as soon as I could this morning. For the most part, I work underground and was unable to call until 11 AM. However, when I called, I explained the circumstances and told her that I would not make it in time and I would need to reschedule.

She immediately started yelling and told me no I could not do that. She then stated that the doctor was right next to her and she would charge me a $65 fee for his time I told her to bill my insurance she said that I would have to pay that out-of-pocket and that I needed to come in for my appointment. I explain to her again That I started work at 10 PM last night and I was getting out of work at 11 o’clock this morning I was unaware that I would be getting out so late and I and I would have to reschedule. Again started yelling and I told her I am not coming to the appointment. She said OK and hung up on me. This is the second time I have this experience I will not be going back to that dentist, and I probably will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because she was very nasty and Unprofessional. I wish I could give them zero stars

Dr. Limongelli and his assistant Felix are amazing. The from receptionist Michelle is also amazing. I have been searching for THE dentist and I am so glad that I found him ! I highly recommend you come here for all services.

The service is immaculate. I needed a few fillings and I am so happy that they were able to accommodate me for something soon. I even got a toothbrush at my first visit. I love the old school aesthetic as well !
