Extremely disappointed, set up an appointment in he early am for a cleaning and to have a cavity filled, after the cleaning they asked me to come back at 3:30 pm event though the my appointment was for both they said to come back then. I asked if the could send me a quote for the fill before I came beck, never heard from them. When I arrived I was left standing at the reception desk for over 5 min when they finally acknowledged me I ask for my cost all they said was we have it, she proceed to show show another patient pictures in her phone and then got up and walked away.

After waiting until almost for I had to leave to take care of something else, it took them another 10 min to realize I was gone.

I just had a visit with Dr. Laureen Ballinger, DDS. I couldn't be more satisfied. She was without judgement, obviously learned, and offered a plan to help my longterm well-being. Beyond that, she was engaging, kind and thoughtful. Trust is a huge issue for those of us with dental concerns. Dr. Ballinger belied all my preconceived notions of toothpullers. She wants to help me.

Did more dental work than I approved or could afford and made me pay for it. Did put it on a payment plan but its ridiculous that happened in the first place. I had clearly stated when setting up the appointment to only do the fillings and some caps. Also think he cracked one of my molars during that experience as it's been hurting ever since the dental work was done several weeks later.

Also had to reapply the numbing multiple times and left my mouth pretty roughed up with a bunch of blisters and sores. I am pretty dissatisfied with the work done and upset considering I never needed dental work until this dentist and it was a poor experience that left me honestly nervous for the next one because of the pain I felt in between numbing.

Awesome. I came in originally with two visible crumbling teeth, and Dr. Mike Henrickson replaced these with implants topped with CEREC crowns. In total, I've received nine CEREC crowns and am nearing the end of my Invisalign journey.

Dr. Henrickson is gentle, takes the time to answer my questions, and leaves me feeling confident and pleased to have chosen Twin Cities Modern Dentistry as my care provider. My Hygienist, Jami, is likewise gentle and kind. Every person I've engaged with here is great! This is the first time in my life that I look forward to a dental visit because I now know that I always depart feeling refreshed and more confident—after enduring minimal (if any) discomfort.

This is amazing to me after enduring countless (and repeatedly failing) caps, crowns, and veneers beginning at age five, in 1980, due to an early childhood illness that permanently weakened even my adult teeth. The ceramic CEREC material and bonding methods now seem ever-durable. I intend to post before/after photos when my Invisalign treatment has concluded (Vivera retainers implemented). Thank You!!
