I absolutely love this dentist! From the moment I walked in, the staff has been nothing but kind, welcoming, and professional. I found them online while searching for local dentists and, after reading all the positive reviews, I decided to give them a try. I’m so glad I did! The team has been incredibly patient and understanding, especially since I struggle with anxiety about dental visits. I’ve had some difficult experiences at other offices in the past, but this place has truly gone above and beyond to ensure I feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process.

The staff takes the time to listen and make sure I’m well taken care of, and they offer a range of services that other offices don’t, which shows they really care about overall well-being, not just dental care. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for a positive and stress-free experience. They are truly great!

I had my first facial with Amber, which happened to be my first facial ever! She was so kind! She sat and listened to my comcers before we started and explained what she would be doing. During the facial, the environment was so calming! My only tip would be to remove your smart watch and allow yourself to completely detach during your experience!

Seeking a second opinion on a temporarily cemented crown and uncertain next steps, I turned to Google and discovered Twin Oaks Dental. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was fortunate to speak directly with Dr. Madeline. Her warm and reassuring demeanor instantly put me at ease, confirming that I was making the right choice. As someone with severe dental anxiety, I was nervous about my first visit, but from the moment I stepped into Twin Oaks, I felt safe and welcomed. Dr.

Madeline was exceptional—gentle, patient, and thorough. She took the time to explain my dental anatomy, the reasons behind my current issues, and her enthusiasm for improving my dental health was motivating. Her passion for her work made me excited about my dental future. My hygienist, Allyson, was equally wonderful. Aware of my anxiety, she was kind, calming, and meticulous, explaining each step of the process and why it was necessary. At the end of my visit, she gave personalized recommendations for natural products that will enhance my oral health, which I greatly appreciated.

This was, without question, the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I’m thrilled to have found Twin Oaks and am eager for my next appointment. I’m also switching both of my daughters to their care. Thank you, Twin Oaks, for making me feel valued and cared for—I’m truly grateful!

I had my first appointment with them this week. I grew up around dental offices and have to say this one is exceptional in technology and staff. They're not in my network, but actively helped me get a better idea of what my insurance does cover, and said they will work with me on payments if my quote was too low. I've got my next appointment with them coming up to get my treatment underway, and I'm actually not anxious or uncomfortable going in. My husband also heads in today for his 1st appointment because the power washing they did on my teeth was that great.

My teeth were very discolored, and without any whitening treatment they lifted my shade through cleaning alone. They mean it when they say they take a holistic approach. Never had I had my saliva pH tested, or throat examined by a dentist. This is great in my opinion. Additionally there's no news on their tv when i went on.

They instead played music throughout which was such a nice change of pace for an office. As great as their tech is, the staff there from phone to dentist is welcoming funny and down to earth. Already highly recommend.
