After having tried two other dentists in the Arlington and McLean areas, I am happy to say I finally found a place that is clean, respectful, efficient, and that I enjoy. There is plenty of free covered parking and the building is easy to access (see pictures). Everyone at the front desk has been courteous and communicative via email and phone to ensure everything is in order for each visit. I appreciate how quick they are to respond and attentive to each detail.

Dr. Ardalan Sanati replaced an old filling that had a few openings and it was a smooth and quick process. He was efficient and responsive to my needs, checking on me frequently to ensure I was fine. What was really special was he took me back to discuss how the filling was custom designed and created within minutes to perfectly fill the opening in my tooth.

That was a unique experience and was quite intriguing! The technology is state of the art and it was satisfying to see the filling being made in real time with porcelain and not having to wait for a lab scan or putty to set. I am truly satisfied with this practice and look forward to staying on as a patient.

I love this place! I’ve been going since college and have yet to find a better place. 15 years later I’m still loyal! They are the best and deserve all the recognition. Do not be discouraged by the location or the idea that Tyson’s is an uppity area. This practice is humble, genuine, and dedicated to their work.

Great dental office. Very personable from front to back. Anna the hygienist was very thorough and Dr. Sanati truly cares about his patients. Everyone I encountered was friendly and had great bedside manner. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a dentist to come here.

I cannot express how much I have appreciated my experiences with Tysons Dentistry! After avoiding the dentist for 2+ years due to a few terrible experiences with my previous dentist, I am so glad that I chose Tysons Dentistry when researching for a new dentist. They have an experienced and tight knit staff- the dental techs have all been with the office for 10+ years, and Dr. Sanati and Dr. Shahram went to dental school twice, first overseas and then at NYU! The entire team was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful, from the receptionists to the dental techs and Dr.

Sanati himself. They took the time to make sure that I was comfortable and answered all of my questions, even the ones that were more about life than about teeth. I had no idea how important it is to not only have skilled people working on your teeth, but good people as well. It is very clear that their patients’ experience is their #1 priority at Tysons Dentistry!
