They were wonderful both times I've gone to have teeth removed. I had my wisdom teeth removed in 2017 and then had another extraction recently. They are amazing here and make you feel comfortable. They talk you through each step of what's going on too. I have another tooth needing to be extracted and I will be coming back here for sure!! Highly recommend Dr. Hall and his staff!

In the year 2021, by the end of May, I was supposed to go in for a root canal and a dental bridge, but when I was trying to schedule the appointment during my college years. I had to move back into my hometown when I tried my best to make it in any condition, but the receptionist was passive-aggressive and nasty about my alternatives to get into an emergency appointment.

Years later, I found myself being more pained while waiting for the opportunity just to be seen. Sarcastically thanks

i wrote a review 3 months ago and i am rewriting it now. i need to fully iterate just how much UB Oral has dicked me over. I called so much during the first month that I got an automated message telling me I couldnt leave more voicemails. As summer rolled in, I eventually got to know every receptionist by voice alone. Calling several times a week. Still no call back. i attempted to receive emergency surgery, but was refused due to a seizure disorder. my wisdom teeth have been impacted for 4 months. The impaction causes more seizures. My jaw is locking up, and i can barely chew through a meal a day due to pain. UB Oral is the only non emergency service within 45 miles of me. I have been calling UB Oral. For 4 months. For 4 months I have been put on a “Priority Calling List!!”. A week ago I called my insurance company to find out that the referral was never authorized.

(that ones not on UB oral, thats my dentist who’s reviews look similar to UB’s) At any point during those 4 months a receptionist could have told me that. I asked several times if everything was fine with the referral and I was told over and over. “Yes, yes yes, its fine, we dont know why no ones called you!” Who would even assume a referral would be sent over with no authorization?? Some of the receptionists were at least helpful and sympathetic. There was one boy I spoke to who was appalled I was on call #10. It was closer to #35, but calling the same office same time over and over makes the days blend together. For 4 months I have not received a phone call. Until today, when 6 minutes before they close, I receive a call. I attempt to call back. And All I get. Is the Same. Answer. “You have to wait for a call from us!” “we cant connect you to anyone else!” “we dont know anywhere else that can help you!. ” the worst ones by FAR were “HUH… are you SURE that you’ve been CALLING the RIGHT place? that doesnt SOUND like US!” I AM SO SURE. I am SO certain that every week. For 4 months.

I have called minimum 3 times a week . Usually everyday of the week. You dont go to UB Oral to get SURGERY. You dont even GET to GO to UB Oral. You get to Press 2 for the referral office. You get to tell them your name and number. If you have a major oral surgery that is causing you pain, getting in the way of your life. . . You will not find help here. You will only get false hope. You will only get your time completely and utterly wasted. I cannot wait another week. I cannot keep having seizures every day I am going to end up in the emergency room before I even get my consultation.
