Fast but a complete waste of time. I got the same information on Google and YouTube. Not sure if he was a real Doctor or doing his residency but I definitely won't return. I remember when doctors actually solved health problems. I should start asking to see medical credentials because these internet doctors have made me lose faith in the practice.

If y’all are open until 8pm , then you all need to have services until 8pm ! Whats the point of being open if you can’t get quality care in the evening ? Walk-ins aren’t accepted past 6:45pm(so they say) and the labs are closed around 6pm…. Also APRN-CNP Shawn Hong was rude , dismissive and abrasive during my visit and did not provide quality care .

UI health Find another practitioner for this site please and do better .

Security guard and receptionist were not wearing masks, as well as the nurse who escorted me to the room. Physician who saw me did not take my covid positive status seriously and denied me paxlovid for not being "high risk". Boasted about how she "never prescribes paxlovid". She left the room to make a phone call and when she came back, she no longer had her mask on, KNOWING that I'm covid positive with my n95 on.

Horrible experience. Do not recommend trying to receive care here.
