I had so much anxiety about going here due to some horror stories i heard ,but they was Great!They really exceeded my exspections as soon as i arrived they took me straight back ,Brittany was so amazing super kind and understanding was gentle...she really went over and beyond ! I definitely will be back !!

DO NOT GO HERE. ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE MEDICAID/MEDICARE. Went to this place back in April for a root canal, and then again around August for a check up. They were fine in person, but I got an envelope in the mail from my insurance.

They told me they took my insurance but actually didn’t, and tried to charge me for bills from months ago. Thankfully, my insurance company says I do not have to pay these charges. TL;DR: they are scummy and only want your money!

Would give zero stars if I could. The front desk staff are nice. But the dental service is terrible. Went in for a bad tooth. Was told I needed a root canal, or the tooth needed removed. Chose the root canal route.

Referred me out to UK School of Dentistry. A month passed, after calling and leaving UK multiple messages, I received no call to schedule. Called back to UK St Claire Family Dentistry because my tooth was hurting so bad, I needed it pulled. Was told the dentist was out for like two weeks and that she never noted in my chart that she mentioned it needed pulled so they could not refer me anywhere to have it pulled, I would have to wait until she came back in the office. Also, between the first visit and needing the tooth pulled, they scheduled me with their dental hygienist for teeth cleaning. That was a terrible experience.

She kept hitting my bad tooth and when I left my gums were in so much pain, I held ice cubes on them for hours. Found a new dentist, Morehead Dental Group, love them. Will not come back here. And, the dental assistant at my first appointment smelled like she had just finished smoking the green. Was not a desirable scent for someone in recovery.
