My first visit was excellent, and Dr. T did a wonderful job laying out the concerns, pros and cons of different approaches to fixing some old fillings I had that had begun to fail and come loose. All the other staff was extremely kind and efficient in terms of appointments and coordinating insurance. Five stars, I look forward to going back. Because I can do so with confidence.

The nurse and manager are great let me just start there. Manager was friendly and clear at check in and out and nurse was sweet with taking care of me however the doctor was not this dr. t guy was rude and not clear. Said I had more then 6 cavities when I went somewhere else right after. They told be only one. Not even small other ones like nothing there. He told me I needed scale on my teeth and other office said just polish if I no need scale it can cause harm. This doctor wanted to cause me harm.

Please don't go here. He is rude unclear and will cause you harm. He should go back to school or they should take his certificate to be a doctor. Again the team was wonderful. I also didn't care for the way he spoke to the manager. She deserves better. The whole team does im sure of it.

DO NOT GO HERE! This dentist will do unnecessary work to scam insurance!! I am not typically one to write a place a bad review, but feel like it’s my duty to warn people not to go to this dentist! They told me I had 3 new cavities between my teeth, and I was confused because I take GREAT care of my teeth and floss every night. I trusted my gut and made an appointment somewhere else for a second opinion, and sure enough, those cavities did not exist. They literally made them up to scam insurance.

Not only that, but my new dentist told me that an old cavity that was filled (a cavity that ultimate dental had filled about a year prior) was done so poorly that now I need a root canal on it! Which I will have to pay out of pocket and literally spend THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS getting fixed because the only place that does root canals and takes state insurance is completely booked out. I truly wish I had never gone to this dentist. Oh, and a friend of mine who went here was also told they had several cavities that turned out to be nonexistent when they went to a new dentist as well.

So this seems like something they’re doing fairly common to scam people. It’s really sad.
