Waited over an hour for my appointment just to be told that I needed to be referred elsewhere. Doctors need to better understand the barriers to care patients face getting to appointments and wasting their time for something that could’ve been explained in a virtual visit. When I told Dr Moreira this he did not apologize or address my concerns.

Feel like I was brought in just so they could bill my insurance without providing any patient care.

This place is so unprofessional, we were referred here due to a very bad infection going on and they told us it would be 7 business days for them to get back if not to call them, we’ve called 5 times and left plenty of voicemails and still nobody calls us back. Again we’re trying to get an appointment because of an infection which is very serious and these people can’t call back.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

Dr. Poojan Shrestha is great with kids. He's patient, gentle, and caring for his patients. This will be my almost 3y/o son's 2nd appointment with him and his staff, and they are amazing. Plus, you can be right there while they do the check-up.

The office and rooms are very clean and organized. Overall I'm very satisfied with both visits. Highly recommend for any parents looking for a pediatric dentist.
