Rude people in office when taking my 5 year old to the dentist. Then to say she has behavioral issues because you scared her and were trying to shove things in her mouth. Shes 5 her first time at the dentist thats ridiculous. Not worth going here. If i could give negative stars i would in a damn heartbeat.

My family has gone to Union Community Care in Denver for 2 years. And while we’ve often had average service, we had really poor experiences at our last few visits. I had gone in for a routine cleaning, and once I got there, the dentist looked at my teeth for 5 minutes and told me I needed to come back for the cleaning since he didn’t have time to do it that day. (That’s what I thought I was getting in the first place!) This was especially frustrating since I’d driven half an hour to get there and had to arrange for childcare. Previously when I’ve called to schedule an appointment, they have just one spot available months out, but when I needed to reschedule my cleaning right then, the calendar was somehow wide open.

When I came back for my cleaning, the whole thing took 15 minutes. (I don’t understand why they couldn’t have done that at my initial visit. ) The hygienist had me hold the dental tool that sprays water in my mouth. Several times, water—and all the stuff with it—ran out of my mouth and down my neck! When I told the hygienist, she said it was because I wasn’t holding the tool correctly. (I’m sorry … this was my first time holding it 😂) All this said, we’ve had a good experience with some of the staff—which is why I won’t give a 1-star review.

When my toddler was nervous about being at the dentist, the hygienist tried to make her feel comfortable, letting her hold the dental mirror and giving her a toy. Grateful for that kindness! But given my 2 back-to-back poor experiences, we will be looking elsewhere for a dentist in the new year.

My family is from Ukraine and we have recently started going to this dentistry. We are still in the process of learning the language but we were treated very politely! The staff is very friendly and good doctor. I had 3 teeth restored ., and cleaning . Also my mom had her teeth treated here. All very satisfied. I recommend Dr. Russo - he is an experienced and pleasant doctor.
